My name is Giorgia and i'm the manager of this beautiful apartment. I'm very glad to know you and help you in all questions you have regarding your journey here in Rome.
I have studied History of Italian Art and wrote my dissertation thanks to Vatican Library, so I will try to suggest you the best way to love this city and italian art.
Giorgia Lauricella purchased this apartment in 2009
This property is a charming piece of art of Rome. it is perfectly located in a strategical position that help you to reach by foot the most important places and monuments. The old details inside the apartment create a very romantic and luxury atmosphere that you will remember forever.
Original XVI century high ceilings, all original decoration in wood, the closeness to Navona and Pantheon square and all historical area, are the two most important things that my guests have to remember and that they will love of this apartment.
My family and I enjoyed 4 nights at Casa Sinibaldi. The home is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of every major sight in Rome. The quiet street was great and the house was lovely. Some issues with water pressure, but nothing unmanagable that affected the trip overall. Anna and Giorgia were fabulously helpful!!
I would give this 3 1/2 stars if I could. The location is excellent, which brought my rating up. We walked to all the major sites, including the coliseum, the Vatican, the Pantheon, and even up to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps (the last 2 were long walks).
The apartment itself is adequate and clean. The furnishings are nothing special. The mattresses are definitely not new and could use replacing. I notified the agent about this, so hopefully that issue will be dealt with. For some reason there was only 1 key available, which turned out to be a problem for us because the group wanted to split up. The agent arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport. I would not recommend this property for anyone with any difficulty walking up stairs.
I would recommend this property, although it was not as nice as some that I have stayed at.
My friends and I recently stayed in the apartment.
Its in a great location for getting around Roma. Close to Piazza Navona ( 5-10mins walk) and close to Campo di Fiori. There is a supermarket next door for stocking up on supplies for your stay.
Walking to the main monuments was easy - about 10 mins to Pantheon, 20mins to Trevi Fountain. We also walked back from the Vatican and that was about 30 mins. Very central for Roma.
The apartment is back from the street so quiet in the evenings. Not huge but enough space for 4 adults. Great have a washing machine and dryer. Kitchen is small and not much space if you want to cook...but with such great restaurants around you why would you??? It is on the first floor and about 30 odd stairs so be aware when arriving for carrying up your suitcase.
My dealings with Giorgia were excellent - she replied quickly to my emails and was very thorough in following up before our arrival. Great to deal with! Thanks Giorgia.
I would recommend the apartment for your stay in Roma!
This apartment was centrally located to all the sites in Rome. It was a 3 minute walk to the Pantheon. We did not need to use any public transportation during our visit and walked everywhere. Giorgia welcomed us and even let us get in the apartment earlier than expected. She was very kind to make dinner reservations for us and answer any questions. The apartment itself was very spacious, with beautiful, high ceilings in the bedrooms. The kitchen area is small, but suited our needs as I did not plan on cooking. There is a grocery store located next to the apartment where we bought snacks and breakfast foods and there is a bakery on the next street over. We felt safe in this neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
The apartment was great. Great location. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The only comment i would make is that the living area was smaller than it appeared to be in the pictures. It is very comfortable for 6 guests and a little tight but manageable for 8.
Giorga, the manager, was attentive to our needs and arranged for transportation to and from the airport. I would definitely rent this apartment again.
I looked for many months trying to find the perfect apartment for my month's stay in Rome. I wanted an area that was close to all historical sites, safe as I would be staying alone for some of the trip, and in an area that was somewhat quiet. This apartment fit my needs perfectly. It is in an old 16th century building that has much personality. Though the building is old, the apartment is not. It has all the modern conviences. Since I arrived late, I was met by Fernando who was very good at helping me get settled in for the night. The next morning early, Giorga arrived to help me with any questions I might have concerning my stay. As one other comment stated, I also had trouble with the dryer, but I wrote Giorgia and she immediately set a technician out to fix it. The owner also showed me his apartment next door which is also lovely. If you are looking for a nice three bedroom apartment or need something larger, these two apartments would work well together. I have enjoyed my months stay here immensely and when I return it will be my plan to stay here again.
Just around the corner of the building, there are a supermarket, a post office, an international library and the most important buses and taxis stop.
As most important attraction in this area, there are Navona and Pantheon square with their restaurants, cofee and shops, Campo de' Fiori square and Fori Imperiali street.
