Perfect for a couple with visiting guests during the season.

This is a rare 3 bedroom property on the barrier island of Vero Beach in Indian River Shores. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean & the evening breeze. Just a few steps from the bottom of the stairway is the pool, tennis court, clubhouse and our assigned one-car garage. The unit was completely remodeled in the summer of 2011 with an open living floorplan. The kitchen features Kitchenaid appliances and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay in Vero Beach. The decorating has been tastefully done in a modern beach theme. It is a very short walk to the complex's private walkway to the beach for a day of fun in the sun or a romantic walk.

Seasonal Rental Period: December through May with a minimum of two months. Occasionally we do accept one month reservations.

Condo is located on the second floor which offers glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean & the Florida Institute of Technology from the living room and master bedroom. We also have private access to a guarded beach. The grandkids enjoy having breakfast with Goofy and Donald at nearby Disney's Vero Beach Resort.

Notes: This unit is a second floor walkup. According to the association bylaws, renters are not allowed to have pets. We also find that guests like their own brands of shampoo & bath soap, so that is why they are not provided. We do, however, provide laundry, kitchen and cleaning supplies. The washer/dryer are located in the hall closet next to the Master bedroom. The dvd in the living room is a blu-ray. Music can be played through the television. The telephone is for local calls only.
