A newly renovated colonial 3 bed / 3 bath with separate dining room and a huge playroom for your young ones.

Bask in luxury as you enjoy the massive king size master bedroom with marble master bath including a hot tub and separate shower.

There's always plenty to do! Take a dive in the in-ground pool. Bring your bocce and play a game in the backyard sipping lemonade! Bring your tennis gear and head into town for a game at the courts! Or enjoy the peace with your family having a BBQ in our backyard. Sit on the porch and watch the boats drift by as the house is located along the harbor side.

This picturesque New England town hosts an abundance of arts, crafts, and various other festivals, including an annual Duck Race (tons of fun for kids) and Oyster Festival. Take a walk around the harbor and grab some ice cream on your walk home. Or explore the many other beaches in Milford such as Silver Sands with its newly installed boardwalk.

Want to, need to do some shopping? Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco, Target, Banana Republic and the local mall are all minutes away.

Hop on the MetroNorth and within the next 80 minutes, you pull right up into Grand Central and enjoy the day in NYC! And when you're done, you can live like a New Yorker in luxury, but pay half the price.

If you decide to stay local, you can take a drive north to New Haven and enjoy all that the Yale University campus has to offer...the arts, the festivals, the restaurants!

We really enjoyed our summer vacation in Milford and this house was perfect for our family. Its close to shopping, beaches and the train station and there was ample room for everyone to spread out and relax. Our kids loved the playroom and the pool! The owners are lovely and we would definitely consider staying there again. Thanks Joe & Nancy!

We really enjoyed our week in Milford. The town is beautiful and it took us only 1h15min to drive to NYC.
The house is spacious with a big living room, our kids loved the playroom. And the backyard is huge with a secured pool.
The owners were really nice and gave us good tips on where to go grocerie shopping, eat, go to the beach... Thank you very much.
