Excellent property

Peter is a great host. He was super responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. The property is very clean, colorful and well kept. It has a well appointed kitchen and is nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and I really enjoyed the many walking paths. Highly recommend.

Great house and community

We very much enjoyed our stay at Peter’s house in the Dell Webb community in Rancho Mirage and he was an excellent host, always quick with a reply. The house was just as pictured. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped which was great as we prefer to eat in most of the time. The bed and furnishings are comfortable. We enjoyed access to the pools, pickleball courts and the fitness facilities and found everyone we met very friendly. We attended a comedy night put on by the HOA which was pretty good. We did some hiking, went to markets and art festivals and the theatre. The location gives you easy access to all the desert cities.
