2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 4 plus

Water Pointe I has a recently updated, heated indoor pool and hot tub. There is also an outdoor pool with a sun deck and a shaded kiddie pool with shaded seating. There are charcoal grills located just beyond the outdoor pool. There are 2 boardwalks through the dune grass for access to the beach. Both boardwalks are equipped with showers for a quick rinse after a day on the sand. While the building has 2 new elevators, being on the 2nd floor, this condo gives you the option to ride or take the stairs for all those quick trips back and forth from the beach. There is a large wooden sun deck on the south side of the building. There is ample parking both around and under the building as well as a larger lot directly across the street. While North Myrtle Beach is a reasonably quiet and relaxing neighborhood to enjoy some time at the beach, it is only minutes away by car from the excitement and thrills of Myrtle Beach center.

New to the rental market, this oceanfront condo has previously been a residential property. As such you will find more of the comforts of home than usually seen in a rental property. The kitchen has been recently redone with new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and new lighting. It is fully equipped including a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The entire condo has been redecorated in elegant, Southern charm. It boasts new mattresses in both bedrooms for a great night's sleep. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a 2 person jetted tub and flat screen TV - the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. This condo also includes a small den with a desk suitable for a computer workspace, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player and full size futon. It is the perfect spot for the kids' video games and movies by day and could double as extra sleeping accommodations at night. In all there are 5 flat screen TV's with cable and DVD players and wireless Internet throughout the unit.

The 15+ ft, balcony of this condo has, on one side, an unobstructed view of the boardwalk, the ocean and sand, the outdoor pool and sundeck and the coastline to the north. However, the other side does have a partially obstructed view. The roof of the indoor pool blocks the lawn and landscaping directly in front of the building, but you can see the ocean right over the roof and you can see the coastline to the south of the building. If you look at the photos, you will see a corner of this roof in the balcony shots. While it does block some of the Water Pointe I property directly in front of the pool, it does not block the ocean view. The area directly behind the roof could be considered a plus as it provides a little privacy for you to sit out on your balcony and listen to the surf without being in view of the people at the pool or on the sun deck. The owner actually enjoys this spot for morning coffee or a relaxing place to read.

Water Pointe I is located on the beach at White's Point in the Windy Hill section of No. Myrtle Beach. It is at the southernmost end of North Myrtle Beach, just over the line from Myrtle Beach. Watersports, such as parasailing and banana boat rides are just a short walk down the beach. It is also within walking distance of Barefoot Landing and within minutes of live theater, Tanger outlet shopping and hundreds of fine restaurants. It is surrounded by world class golf courses. Brookgreen Garden is about 30 minutes south and Charleston is 2 hours away. About 20 minutes to the north are the elegant casino boats in Little River, and some of No. Carolina's best cuisine in Calabash.

My family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week of vacation at North Myrtle Beach. The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable couches, great new appliances and plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed to cook in for several nights and the linens were freshly washed and ready to be put on the beds. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The condo building had a great indoor and outdoor pool that were cleaned every morning. Beachfront access was a great plus and there was plenty of room on the beach each day. We enjoyed meeting other families from throughout the US and Canada. Condo is also located near Barefoot Landing where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants available if you needed a change of pace. Paul was very accessible when we had a question about accessing the internet. We would highly recommend this condo. In fact the front office told me that we rented from the nicest owners in the building. The only drawback is that the balcony view is partially obstructed from the building over the indoor pool. We enjoyed that it was on the 2nd floor so that we didn't have to walk as far or wait for the elevator as you could quickly take the stairs. Parking was also very accessible throughout the week underneath the condo or right across the street. Would recommend this condo to family and friends.
