This stunning detached private 4 bed 2.5 bath villa is located in the peaceful subdivision of Linfield’s, just off Hwy 192 and only a stone's throw from Disney and all the main attractions.

This villa is located on a large plot with a large screened in private pool, allowing you to enjoy the sun as well as the most spectacular sunsets.

To the rear of our villa are views of the lake and acres of conservation woodland beyond.

This really is a lovely tranquil spot and ideally located just 4 miles from Disney, and minutes away from dozens of restaurants and shops.

This villa is ideally located to offer you the best of both worlds – proximity to all the attractions, yet the peace and space to allow you to relax and unwind.

If you are interested in golf, there are several championship golf courses just a short drive away.This spacious home is bright and airy and the layout and design will give you the ultimate holiday experience, our 2-storey villa provides you the privacy and space you need.

We have a family room, a living room and an upstairs den, as well as a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would find in your own home.

Useful if you want to take a break from the theme parks and pop home for a snack and rest.

This villa offers a lovely downstairs master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and

a twin room alongside the family bathroom. There is also a double sleeper sofa allowing for a maximum occupancy of ten. The half Bathroom is located downstairs next to the laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.

For your relaxation we have ample furniture including table and chairs on the pool deck - perfect for you to spend sunny days and tropically warm evenings around the pool.

Our home also offers cable TV's, music centre, and DVD player. This villa is equipped with a crib, highchair and pool door alarms for the safety and comfort of younger guests.
