This beautifully renovated unit is truly fantastic in every way! It's perfectly located in the heart of North Beach/ Telegraph Hill Area, and it is only steps away from some really amazing famous restaurants. Also close to financial district, Chinatown, Embarcadero, Fishermans Wharf.

This apartment is also fully furnished with high quality linen, artwork, appliances, and furniture to make your stay with us a real pleasure. It features brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new kitchen, washer & dryer, all new paint and beautifully refinished floors. We have the apartment professionally cleaned before every reservation with no exception. So you will find this apartment to be absolutely spotless!

There are 3 bedrooms, large open kitchen with eat in area, living room and one and half bathroom. There is a toilet with sink in the half bathroom, shower over tub with another sink in another full bathroom.

There are three bedrooms- one has a king size bed, one with a queen size bed. Both rooms are furnished with attractive dresser, night stands. The other bedroom is smaller- it has 2 twin size bunk beds. There is also a futon in the living room that can sleep one. All rooms are beautifully furnished.

There are hardwood floors throughout. Wonderfully charming period details are intact.

Unbelievable location!

We stayed at this recently renovated three bedroom apartment and loved it. The location was just unbelievable and scenic...the picture of Coit tower is truly the view from the street right outside the apartment steps. My son and I would walk up the hill every morning just to wake up and see the city. Great exercise! We were right in the heart of North Beach, and a short walk away from Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf. Use this as your home base as you explore the city. Parking in the "basement" level garage is available, and in hindsight I would say this is a good investment along with a rental car if you are planning day trips to Muir Woods or wine country. It's a bit of a tight fit in the garage but we made it work no problem and it made getting groceries easier as the Safeway is a bit of a walk away.

But don't over-invest in groceries if you have the budget to eat out! The owners were very nice and helpful, and they supply a list of recommended restaurants. All of the meals we had nearby were very good. Finally, on our next to last day we waited in line for Mama's. It takes about an hour but wow, the coffee cake/french toast/pancakes are worth it!

Finally if you stay here, make sure you visit all the neighboring blocks. In our last couple of days we were still finding new streets with little shops and restaurants!

Great accomodations!

We were very pleased with the apartment and the location. It's a lovely building and everything was very clean. We had plenty of space with three bedrooms, and the open set up of the living room/kitchen/dining area was nice for dining in. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, as well as Trader Joe's and local shops. It's also a great base for sightseeing by foot, bus or cable car. We really appreciated having a stroller available, also. We would definitely return!

WOW - You Can Walk - Great Location

We had six adult at this home. Perfect location to walk to most all sight seeing locations. Transportation was with in a coulple blocks- and not Las Vegas Blocks.. The location is much better than the hotels down town- that area dirty. We walked the street at night and felt very safe. Stores --Very close. Local people were very nice and gave so many helpful tips. Could not say the same for the Public Transportation Worker. Talk to the peolpe around you for help. Ms. L was great to work with--- This was our first VRBO and would love to stay at this location again, if needed.

Great property, perfect location

I was in San Francisco for a conference and the city was all but sold out. So I took a chance and rented this place for the week. Wow, am I glad that I did! It was the perfect getaway from the crazy city! I walked to dinner (tons of great restaurants near by) bought a few groceries for breakfast and was all set. The place was really cute with a nice kitchen with brand new appliances. Nice washer and dryer (although I didn't use them.) The beds had nice mattresses (I hate a bad mattress.) The front bedroom is right on the street and at times it could be a little noisy - but not so much I couldn't sleep. Also, the bathroom is a little small. It was fine for just me but if you had a house full, it might be a bit of a challenge. Although, the toilet was separate from the shower area so two people could be using the facilities at once. I would stay here again in a minute. Next time, I want to bring my family and friends! Oh, BTW, use the car service UBER while you are there. They come right to the doorstep of the apartment.

Superb location

Perfectly placed between Fishermans wharf and union square, this gem in north beach is perfect. Quiet street and ample space makes it a perfect getaway. The unit was very clean and adequately furnished for almost anyone's needs.
