INCREDIBLE OCEAN VIEW HOME OVERLOOKING INLET MARSH W/DOCK!

This was by far the BEST family vacation we have taken! We have stayed in various locations around the island and nothing compares to this! The description and photos offer a great preview of what one can expect, but in reality it is so much more. The house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything one could want or need to make their stay comfortable and fun. It is very clean, spacious, everything works (not our experience in the past), and is well maintained. The owners, Tad and Kellie, have thought of absolutely everything to keep visitors entertained, including a pool table, table tennis, basketball hoop in the driveway, foosball, numerous adult and children's bicycles (in great condition!), water toys, and more. The beach is a very short walk down the street in a beautiful, private neighborhood. We found the marsh in the backyard to be as much fun as the beach and spent a lot of time on the private dock. The wildlife, especially unique birds, provided hours of enjoyment and high tide provided a wonderful opportunity to go crabbing and fishing without leaving the property. It was quite a unique experience to be able to kayak and canoe to the beach for the day! Truly, the marsh makes this house a rare find! Three decks provided ample room for outdoor seating to simply enjoy breathtaking views of the marsh and the ocean at the same time. No matter the time of day, one of the decks had a shady spot perfect for napping. The pool was a nice size and the hot tub was definitely a bonus, both very clean. The nearby park and bicycle paths are most convenient, as is a shopping center with a restaurant and grocery store among other stores. Tad and Kellie are wonderful people and so easy to work with. They provide so many personal touches that we have truly been spoiled. We will DEFINITELY stay at this house again and highly recommend that you consider it as well if you want to have the ultimate beach vacation.

We have just returned from a week in this beautiful house. It has everything you could ever want or need. The owners are lovely people and very attentive to the details that make this vacation experience an exceptional one. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the master is breathtaking. We used the elevator plenty because our 80 year old parents were with us and there are steps. If you are worried about shade without a screened in porch as I was, you needn't be. There is shade somewhere on one of the porch levels at all times of the day. The access to bike paths is not far away and the walk to the beach is a very short one. Listing photos did not do the property justice. It is even better in person and very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the Oyster Factory and Skull Creek Boat House restaurants. Loved the house and the owners!
