Family friendy, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, with shower, sleeps 8

Very bright and airy three bedroom apartment in a high rise building smack in the center of Reykjavik. Even though we are close to everything you could want to explore the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and gives you time to relax after an exciting day in the city.

The apartment is located on the first floor in a high rise building. There is an elevator so it is suitable for the elderly, handicapped and people with small children. There is a playground for kids and we have a glassed in balcony that gives you the chance to sit down with your coffee or glass of wine and plan the day´s activities.

There is free wi-fi and cable tv with a tv in every room and a large screen tv in the living room. We have a large dining table with seating for ten (there are extra chairs in one of the closets) so you can host a big dinner party. There is cutlery, glasses and plates for many people (12-18) and of course the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to cook your gourmet meals from the fabulous produce that Iceland is famous for.

The apartment is located in the exclusive neighourhood 'Skugginn'. Very quiet, yet close to everything you would need or want to do while in Reykjavik.

Check out the restaurant 'Perlan' which rotates in one hour with spectacular view of the city; the new music and convention hall 'Harpa'; the harbour in Reykjavik with all it´s cafés, resturants and shops. Be sure to go to the top of the church 'Hallgrimskirkja' and look over the city.

Go and feed the ducks at the pond in the city center or simply walk around and look at all the people and the bustling life in the capital of Iceland.
