Beautiful, clean and bright 1 bedroom appartment. In fun Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie neighborhood. The appartment is tastefully furnished. Talking about tastefull: you will find in the kitchen a great espresso machine!

- One double bed (brand new mattress) - bedroom opens into living room but can be separated with drapes.

- Cable TV, Internet, local calls

- Modern kitchen

- Washer-Drier

- Two balconies (one in front, one in back) with comfortable chairs to sit.

- Hardwood floors

- Parking is easy on the street.

- 1 km away from a metro station (Saint-Michel) and easy bus access to 3 different metro lanes. You will be downtown in less than 45 minutes.

- Grocery store just a few steps away.

The area is a fun, hip family neighborhood. Full of parks and restaurants. Their is a movie theater (Cinema Beaubien). Just 2 miles away from the Botanical gardens, Parc Maisonneuve, and the Olympic Stadium.

We are a fun family of six who will gladly guide you to the best spots in Montreal.

Très bel appartement, propre et lumineux. Dans le très agréable quartier Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie. L'appartement est meublé avec goût. Et il y a même une machine à expresso pour les amateurs de café!

Le quartier est vivant le jour, calme la nuit, très familial, surtout francophone. Beaucoup de parcs et de restaurants. À moins de 4 km du jardin botanique, du Parc Maisonneuve et du stade olympique.

* Appartment can only accomodate two adults, but don't hesitate to inquire if you are a couple traveling with a baby. We will gladely lend you a playpen and a few toys!

* L'appartement ne peut accueillir que deux adultes, mais n'hésitez pas à nous écrire si vous êtes un couple qui voyagez avec un petit enfant. Nous serons heureux de vous prêter un petit parc et quelques jouets!

Parks near by with sports activites make it a great place for active people: running, tennis, skating, basketball, hockey.

Close to bus stop with express lanes, a walking distance from the blue line metro, and an easy bus ride to the green and orange line, the major metro lines in Montreal. You can be downtown is less than 40 minutes.
