Great Stay

Overall the apartment was great, everything looked the exact way it looked in the pictures.There was a n easy check in- process, or lack there of. I didn't have to wait or any lines or give anyone at the front desk a credit card. The owner left the keys in a safe on the staircase, which was pretty cool and convenient. There were plenty of towels and even beach chairs for us to use. There were plenty of mirrors which was a plus for a group of girls. There were no disturbances. There was a laundry room right across the hall, a great sushi spot next door, great taco spot across the street along with a great burger spot. There's a 5 guys on the corner. I can go on and on but overall my stay was perfect. Ill def book again

Great location!

I stayed here for 5 days with some friends. The best thing about this condo is the location. It's a block away from the beach, a block away from Lincoln Mall, right next to Espanola Way, tons of places to eat, clubs, markets etc. We rented a car during our stay and parked in a lot a 1/2 block away for $16/day, although, renting a car is probably not necessary for most people. Ron, the property manager, was very easy to get a hold of and answered our questions right away. The place was clean on arrival, stocked with the basics. For the reasonable price, I was pleased with what the condo had to offer. I had a great time and would stay here again.

Best location you cold ever find.

Carlos and Ronald, were very kind on helping us with whatever needs we had during our stay, the Apartment is very big, and has everything you need to make your stay as confortable as you were at home.
The apartment location is 2 blocks away from all the "must visit" places of Miami beach: Lincoln Drive, Española Way, Ocean Drive, Collins, The Beach itself.

We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to come visit again.
