Clean, spacious, quiet location, nicely furnished and very close to beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening and it was great to be able to cook breakfast and sit out on the deck. For an area that doesn't seem to have a lot of hotel options, this was the perfect solution for our family. We did not use the pass to the State Park, but appreciated that it was included. The owners were very timely with communication and made it easy to arrange the rental. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely stay here again!!
This property was perfect for us. We were surrounded by trees and sunshine the whole time minus a short burst of rain one evening. We travelled during the day to surrounding attractions but it was nice to come home to space and comfort. The home is equipped with everything we needed and having a washer/dryer and dishwasher on site was excellent. We had the privacy we were looking for with this home and the arrival and departure was seamless. We truly felt we had our own little home in Maine.
We thank the owners very much for the use of their home and would definitely rent here again.
What a great house to rent; especially if you enjoy being outside on the deck or around the huge fire pit. I cannot wait to see how the owners continue to improve upon this destination since it was still a relatively new construction.
Even when it rained our small group enjoyed the large flat screen TV and stereo system in the expansive living/dining area. There were two grills on site as well!
The owners were also great in their communication with me from my initial interest right through the rental date.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite spot close to Naples. I'm sure we will be renting again. There was no immediate water access but I knew that going in and was OK with that. The deck and the fire pit more than made up for that. Everyone in my group was impressed as was I.
the place is nice, clean, comfortable, one hour drive to protland, one hour to white mountain, NH. is very convenience for us. we had a great time in the house. look forward to go back again
The home is absolutely beautiful! Well maintained and clean. It is perfect if you are looking to get away from it all. It is on a very quiet road, not too far from restaurants, shops and the causeway. The owners provided a pass to a local state park, which was great, because our kids could swim and fish there. We visited both the White Mountains, and the ocean, and the house was located within short driving distance of both.
I did think the house was going to be located directly on a lake, because lake is in the location description of the home.
Overall, it was a great experience, and the owners were helpful and easy to communicate with!
My family injoyed the house. It was the first time we ever rented a house for a week. We had a blast. The house was clean and well decorated. It had everything you would need. The only problem I had was because of the pictures on the site I thought the house was on a lake. It turned out the lake was on the other side of the road where you couldnt see it. We where still within a 5 min car ride of the beach. I also didnt realize we didnt have air condition in the house. I didnt notice it when I was reading up on what they had in it. But over all it was a experience.

There are many great local restaurants also.
