Charming suite situated on a wilderness pond. Watch the swan family right from the living room windows! Bike path/rental, gourmet restaurants, shops, farmers market, and more just 2 blocks away. The bay beach is a short bike ride right off the bike path and the ocean beach is a short drive. So whether you want to stroll downtown to all the Cape Cod shops and fresh seafood restaurants or go antiquing, thrifting, bowling, biking, hiking, or just get some sunshine, this summer rental is a prime location for it all.

The interior was recently renovated and redesigned by a well-known designer, Olga Gee. The hardwood floors, paint and bathroom just restored.

Had a great week in Orleans. It was soo much better than staying in a hotel. Clean and modern. The apartment has everything you need. Breakfast was peaceful overlooking the pond. Beaches are amazing! and you can rent a surf board from the local surf shop. The owners are great. Very helpful with local restaurants and finding things to do. The Land Ho is definitely worth checking out. It's only around the block and they have great seafood. Also a lot of fun renting bikes from the shop around the corner. The bike trail is right around there and goes to an awesome beach. Two thumbs up!
