This apartment features modern furniture and fixtures throughout. It is very sunny and airy and is tucked away on the top floor of the townhouse. The apartment is about 900 square feet and takes up the entire floor of the townhouse. It is located just around the corner from the M and R train lines, and will take you just 10 minutes -- 3 stops with the R or 4 stops with the M -- to reach Midtown Manhattan. It takes just 20 minutes -- 7 or 8 stops -- to reach Times Square or Central park. Stay on the train for another 10 minutes and you will reach the East Village with the R train or Greenwich Village with the M train.

The master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic queen size mattress, which sits on top of a solid maple bed. There is also a solid walnut dresser and office desk. The bedroom also has a large closet.

The second bedroom has a sofa bed made in Denmark, which turns into a very comfortable bed that is between a queen and king size.

The bathroom features floor to ceiling carrara marble tile, a wonderful skylight above, a Hansgrohe shower wall, which has a 10 inch shower head and six powerful shower jets, as well as a solid walnut vanity with a Hansgrohe wall faucet and a vessel sink.

The full kitchen has a wall oven, gas cooktop, microwave oven, and is fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal. There is also a separate dining room with modern furniture and lighting.

The living room is very large with a very comfortable modern sofa, solid walnut media cabinet, large flat screen television, among other wonderful furniture and fixtures.

The neighborhood of Astoria is the most ethnically diverse neighborhood in New York City. Many restaurants in Astoria have been highly rated by the Zagat restaurant guide and the New York Times has published countless articles raving about the local restaurants.

The apartment is nice, the neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. The subway is very close, within 1 minute walk. The owners are helpful and always responded promptly. We will be delighted to return.

It was a wonderful experience, we loved staying in Astoria, and the property owner gave us lots of suggestions of places to try and just all the information we needed. It was a very easy trip into the City, I would stay at this location again and again...This was a great alternative to a hotel...

The home owner is really friendly & enjoyable person to speak to. Even before our stay, when we had any questions she was readily available to answer them whether it was via phone or email. I am very impressed with her prompt replies via email.

Our group was a party of 4 people & it was good space for the four of us. It was very spacious & big enough that at the end of a long day in the city we were all able to just have our own space from each other but still be in each other's company. The place truly exceeded our expectations.

It is very close to everything, the subway, corner stores & the train ride into the city is very short.

I would definitely recommend this place & would definitely stay again.

I stayed recently in this apartment. It was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures online. I loved the area of Astoria also. The apartment is very close to the subway which I loved ! It is a short ride on the subway to Manhattan. My two friends stayed with me in the apartment as well. Jessica was helpful in letting us know what was around Astoria as far as restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone to stay !!

Great stay on all levels! Amazing, clean and cool apartment in a quiet neighborhood.
Convenient to train and bus lines. Restaurants and shopping in the area . We loved The Queens Kickshaw!
