Sandcastles Unit 103 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. This 2 BR, 2 BA unit has a walkout patio & yard in a building that is situated directly on the beach. This immaculate 1,300 square foot condo is both spacious and clean, and was completely renovated in May 2012. Renovations included:

1. A new 65” Toshiba plasma TV with Blueray player and extended channels (additional TV’s in both bedrooms)

2. Free wireless internet and long distance calling

3. A new dining room set with matching hutch and bar stools

4. All new stainless steel appliances and glass backsplash in the kitchen

5. New leather furniture and complementing coffee and end tables

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin-over-double bunk-bed. As a result, you are able to comfortably accommodate all guests without having to worry about the hassles of using a pull-out sofa in the living room.

The Sandcastles complex itself is one of the best condominium buildings in the area, and offers the following:

The condo unit was just as the pictures suggest. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. The king bed was very comfortable. The entire unit was equipped with everything you would need including beach supplies. The first floor unit was extremely accessible for loading and unloading with very quick access to the pool and beach. We had a wonderful two weeks there. Being able to bring our cat with us was a definite plus as well. When we first arrived, we could not figure out the TV. The owner was there within a few minutes to resolve the problem for us. Couldn't ask for quicker service. We would highly recommend this unit.

The Perfect Vacation Condo

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in this condo at Sandcastles. This condo was clean and beautifully furnished with everything a family would need for a vacation on the Florida shore. The pool and spa were just a few steps away as was the entrance to the ocean beach. The public library is within walking distance as well. This location has a lot to offer as far as sight-seeing: Disney World, of course, the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, the Cape Canaveral National Seashore, to name just a few. It is also convenient for shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Cocoa Beach. The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed. We would like to come back next year. Condo was clean and very nice furnishings.
