Welcome to Canaveral Towers 905 – Part of the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family.

This PENTHOUSE, oceanfront condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is located in the desirable Canaveral Towers building. Enjoy the morning sunrise as you sit on your private balcony that has incredible views of the Beach & Ocean.

This unit was recently renovated (May 2012) to include an updated kitchen, complete with new appliances, cupboards, counter, etc. All new living room & dining room furniture were purchased, including a matching dining room set (complete with matching coffee and end tables in the living room), a new leather loveseat & sofa-sleeper, and a new 42' HD Plasma TV with Blueray and extended HD channels.

Unit 905 has a king bed in the master bedroom, a Queen in the guest bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room.

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Canaveral Towers building has to offer such as a putting green, shuffleboard courts, heated pool, Wi-Fi, etc. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment.

There is a WASHER and DRYER right inside of the unit. The unit is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a beach umbrella.

By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation and booking process. We are available for you to call at any time (we always provide you with our home-phone number and cell phone) and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Cocoa Beach area for over 5 years. Canaveral Towers is perfectly located right at the edge of Cape Canaveral & Cocoa Beach, an extremely quiet and peaceful white sand beach, just north of the Cocoa Beach Pier (1 mile) and south of the Kennedy Space Center (2 miles). Cape Canaveral is also just an hour from Orlando and Disney.

Local attractions include the Kennedy Space Center, Sterling Casino Cruise Lines, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Ocean Fishing, and Golfing. Watch the Space Shuttle launch from the beach. Less than an hour north is the Daytona Speedway or continue up the coast to tour Beautiful Saint Augustine. Check out the Night Life at 'Coconuts on the Beach', 'Heidi's Jazz Club', 'Cocoa Beach Pier', 'The Beach Shack', or 'The China Beach Lounge'.

Fantastic Condo on the Beach

We had a great time. We really appreciated how clean, well maintained and well stocked the condo was and it was just so convenient to everything. Of course, the view is spectacular. We also appreciated Drew's prompt attention to the small issues that came up. One of my cousins also rented #104 and that worked so well for all of us and our family reunion plans. We'll be back next year, if not sooner.

This attractive condo is very well equipped with up-to-date appliances, comfortable beds and a fairly large area to enjoy meals, watch TV or read a book. The photos listed accurately reflect the appearance and amenities. The building, pool and surrounding grounds are well maintained and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great three weeks, exploring the area, visiting the flea market, walking on the beach and sitting on the balcony reading a book. Hopefully we can go back next year!

Our stay at Drew's condo was better than expected. My son and I had a wonderful time exploring Orlando, Cape Canaveral, and the local area during our stay. The amenities provided by Drew were great. We were able to do laundry, sit outside on the balcony, and utilize the facilities at Canaveral Towers. In addition to having a wonderful place, Drew responded very quickly to my short notice email in looking for a rental place in Florida, and even let us stay an extra couple of days in the condo due to Hurricane Sandy. We thank Drew for his assistance and easy to work with attitude. I would definitely recommend Drew's condo to anyone interested visiting Disney World or the Cape Canaveral area.

Beautiful condo with comfortable beds very nice kitchen with modern appliances and nice kitchen table and sitting area as well. Leather couches appear new with pullout couch to comfortably accomodate 5 people. Great views and you can hear the ocean from the master and den area. Canaveral towers is also very well maintained and a nice quiet place to stay in the cocoa area? Nice pool as well.
