we are about 6 miles off rt 95 , 12 miles from new casino in oxford , 15 miles to auto racing at oxford plains. on one of the most sought after lakes in maine. pristine water , clear as glass. canoe and kayak available. 40' dock to accomodate your boat, extra large deck to sit on and enjoy view on lake and scenery. at least 3 great golf courses within 10 mins. on quiet road with great neighbors. 2 car under garage, 1 acre of property. freeport and portland about 30 mins. great jump off location for exploring Maine , Sunday River, Bar Harbor , Freeport shopping outlets, Portland downtown with shops and fantastic restaurants, Booth Bay, Sebago Lake's region. Great location for the whole family.
