This 1800 sq ft. home is decorated in a casually elegant style.The home is situated on Gore Creek in East Vail. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a loft area with a queen size sofa sleeper. The home has a great kitchen and dining area with a bay window and sliding doors out to the deck. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen/breakfast bar area seats 4 more. Just installed a 40' flat panel TV. There is a gas fired grill on the large deck. The property sits on 1/2 acre with off street parking for 3 cars (4 cars in summer). Once you arrive, you can leave your car parked and take the town of Vail (TOV) free shuttle to town (Vail ski slopes) or the Vail Golf course (cross-country ski area in winter). This beautiful gold rated home is just 4.5 miles from the slopes and village of Vail and 3 miles from the beautiful Vail Golf Course. The TOV shuttle stop is just a short walk past 2 homes and across the street on Big Horn Rd. Vail has over 300 restaurants. This is your perfect getaway.

I hesitate to provide such a wonderful review of this place for fear that I will have trouble finding it available next time around; however, I felt compelled to express what a gem this townhome actually was. In all aspects, it offered the comforts and amenities of home, the convenience of proximity to the TOV shuttle and it was so tastefully appointed that we so did not want to ever leave!! The owner and the on-site manager were very attentive toward our needs and went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this place. We certainly welcome the opportunity to return!!
