Spacious 4 bedroom, three bathroom townhouse in quiet gated community close to Enterprise Beach and surfing and windsuring locations and schools.

Downstairs has a large open plan kitchen, living area and patio along with a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a breezy patio. Upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

This is a great area for getting to everything including the Barbados Golf Club, windsurfing and surfing. It is easily accessible from the airport. Oistins and it's famous Friday Night Fish Fry is close by where you can enjoy freshly caught fish grilled, fried or baked to your satisfaction, chicken fried the local way and lots of music and dancing at Lexie's Bar, this is great fun to watch the older local folks dance to back in time music on Friday nights.

Enterprise Beach is a favourite beach on the island with locals and tourists, there are kiosks selling local food and lots of trees for those requiring shade, the swimming is amazing at this beach which is in walking distance from the property. Oistins, home of the famous Friday Night Fish Fry is approximately 2 minutes away by car. Enterprise is also known for Freights Bay which is where lots of surfing takes place and there are surfing instructors in the area who teach kids and adults. Lots of paddle surfing going on here as well. Silver Sands, an area famous for windsurfing is just 2 minutes drive away. Little Arches Hotel is near to Enterprise Beach (also called Miami Beach), this boutique hotel has one of the most romantic roof top restaurants with a Mediterranean decor, the roof top overlooks the bay at Enterprise Beach. St. Lawrence Gap, the restaurant and entertainment hub of the island is just 7 minutes drive away, great for live entertainment, local arts and crafts, several beaches, souvenir shopping, street food, casual and formal dining.
