Breathtaking waterfront views of the Kalamazoo River in Saugatuck/Douglas, Michigan. A short drive to award-winning art galleries, restaurants, and bars; and an easy boat ride to the all sand beaches of Lake Michigan. Enjoy spectacular evenings from the large screened in porch or sunbathe on our large deck. You can fish or boat from our dock or just relax and watch the river. We are also walking distance from the Art Barn in Douglas

This residence offers an open great room, kitchen with dining area, as well as a screened in porch. Bedrooms include a king bed suite with private bathroom and sliding glass doors to an oversized deck with waterviews. There are also two queen bed bedrooms with full bath as well as a sleeper couch in the great room.

    Weekly rate is for six nights/seven days. Additional days can be booked at the daily rate.

    A $500.00 security deposit is required to accept booking - this will be applied to your rental fee

    A cancellation fee equal to the security deposit applies to canceled reservations unless we are able to re-rent the cottage. In that case only a $75 property administration fee will apply.

    Additional $50 per pet per visit cleaning fee applies when your pet stays with you.

Lovely Home/Perfect Location

I rented this home for three days in August and it was perfect! Not only was the house lovely, but the location could not have been any better. It's just minutes away from Downtown Saugatuk and all of the fabulous shopping and restaurants. It's difficult to find a rental that has it all, but this house was really the perfect getaway. My favorite feature of the home was the deck built off of the side that you can access from any room. It overlooks the river and is perfect for morning coffee or grilling out. We spent our days exploring the area, then would come home to a relaxing beautiful home. Couldn't have asked for more!

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice! We loved the open, spacious feeling of the living/dining room area with all the windows and great view of the Kalamazoo River. The screened in porch & large deck were also a plus. The house is beautifully decorated with a Southwestern theme. My husband really enjoyed having the large garage to park our vehicles in. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing, comfortable place to stay in the Saugatuck/Douglas area.
