My name is Tom, married with four kids. I live and work in the Bay Area. We have always loved Lake Tahoe for its pristine natural beauty and offering of all-season playground. For the last five years, We spent 30+ days every year with friends and family in Lake Tahoe, skiing at breath taking resorts, canoeing on the amazing lake, or simply relaxing by the gorgeous beaches. It’s my dream to have a permanent place in Lake Tahoe to get away

This gorgeous home caught our eyes even before our visit. Built in 1994 and situated in a newer neighborhood with underground utility, it has a superb quality construction. Bright and spacious interior. Super friendly neighbors. Away from Commercial areas and Casinos, but take only few minutes to get there. Beaches and Ski Resorts are also few miles away. It's a true Tahoe Pearl!

What makes this house unique

Situated in a up-scale neighborhood, this house is clean, bright, and spacious with open layout. Fenced backyard with lawn/sprinkle for kids to play. One bedroom with full bath on the kitchen level makes it convenient for people not wanting to climb stairs. Three car garage for cars and small boat. Easy access to all attractions.

Some of the area’s most popular trails are accessed at the end of High Meadows Trail or Marshall Trail. Annual Trip to Tahoe

We went up with two other families with children and had a great time. The house is great condition and is big enough to fit 3 families or more. There is a place to go sledding right across the street from the house so it was very convenient for the kids. We also went snow shoeing in the forest and didn't have to drive to get there. The kids enjoyed the movies and WII provided. The only things we recommend are dish towels and a coat hanger. Other then that, the place was perfect. We would love to come back again next year.

Winter Family Trip

My family and I have always wanted to take a family trip to Tahoe in the winter. Unfortunately, with everyone busy with work, it was always impossible. This year, however, we finally managed to make it up there and thankfully, this house did not disappoint! The location was perfect. Grocery stores, fast food restaurants, casinos, Heavenly Resort, everything was only a 5 minute drive, and fairly easy to get to. The house was immaculate! Almost everything was provided: extra pillows, blankets, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. The only things we really needed from home were our cultural foods and spices and cooking tools. The rooms were spacious, especially the master bedroom. Movies and the Wii game system was provided, which my nephews thoroughly enjoyed. My siblings and I enjoyed the DVD selection. The backyard was big enough for my nephews to build an igloo and snowman. If we are able to do a summer family trip, I definitely would not mind returning to this house again!

Excellent place!

This place is just awesome! Really big house with a large backyard and a good neighborhood. There is a Safeway approx 3 miles away which makes getting groceries and stuff a real breeze. All the rooms are really big and well maintained. There is also Wii for those who want to spend evenings playing video games!
I highly recommend this place!

Hi Tom,

Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your home. We loved it! Was quiet and serene. The house was well-equipped with games, books and videos. Kitchen and the rooms were fully furnished. Impressed by the cleanliness. Met our expectations.

It was a little warm and had trouble finding the heater/ AC. The sofa bed in the master room was slightly small for 2 adults. We would love to come back to your home!

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. This vacation house, like most ones in Tahoe, doesn't have AC since Tahoe usually doesn't get hot in the summer except for a few days. I just ordered few more fans which may help. You are right, the futon bed in the master bedroom was little small for two adults. I'll get a rollaway bed and/or inflatable mattress. That will make it "sleep 14":) Well, the max is 12 adults per county regulation. Come back next time, you will see the difference.

The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodating for our family stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and serene. The house location was perfect - everything was five minutes away, the beach, the casinos, the grocery store and the shops. The only exception about the house was that there was no BBQ. We had to buy a small that made it challenging to cook for 10 people. But overall it was a great experience. Thanks for letting us share your home!

Sept 9, 2012 Update: a large BBQ was setup in the backyard 4 weeks ago. Come back and have a great time with tasty BBQ grills:)
