Waterfront Luxury Big Enough For The Extended Family

Located in the prestigious 'Riviera Island' estate of Benowa Waters, this large luxury water front home is ideal for a relaxing family getaway.

A BBQ in the undercover entertaining area that overlooks the pool, the lawn/garden area and the stunning waterways. The home is surrounded by spacious grounds & gardens and has its own private sandy beach.

The ground floor comprises open plan living with a stunning 2 pac kitchen and granite benches, breakfast bar and European appliances. The meals area offers views over the pool and beyond to the canal. There is a spacious lounge with, gas fire, wet bar and dining room adjacent to the kitchen. There is a large media room with another stunning bar and a complete home theatre system. The home also has pay TV (Foxtel) in both lounge rooms.

The master bedroom which is private from the rest of the home offers views over the canal and has a beautiful ensuite with large relaxing bath tub. Downstairs also has a bedroom with single futon

Upstairs is perfect for the rest of the family or guests as it has its own lounge and entertaining area plus 4 bedrooms all of which are ensuited.

There are 5 living areas in total, media room, formal lounge and dining, casual living and dining, two bar areas ideal for entertaining and an upstairs lounge retreat. There is ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the home. Garage suitable for 3 car accommodation.

  • All our homes are professionally cleaned, with linen supplied through a professional service provider whom supply to other major hotel/resort chains.
    Your home will be presented already made up prior to your arrival featuring all towelling neatly displayed and a guest starter pack consisting of soaps, shampoos, tissue paper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid and clothes washer liquid supplied.

    We can also supply Baby Cot and High Chair Packages for $60 per booking

Huge House!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable... the best part is that all the rooms have an adjoining bathroom. Pool was littered with leaves but kids still had fun in the pool! The only thing is that they only provide a tiny bar soap, 2 tiny bottles of shampoo so if you plan on a stay longer than 2 days, you will have to bring your own soap & shampoo!
