We are located in the Sand Point Circle community which is a highly sought after rental location in Port Aransas. We are located only 5 minutes from the downtown area which is close to shopping and outdoor activities. You can carry your fishing poles and beach chairs and towels without having to drive your car as we are a minutes walk to the beach, accessed via a private community walk over across the sand dunes.
You can leave your car at home and rent golf carts in town and even drive them to the beach!
The 2nd and 3rd Floors offer beautiful ocean views and gulf breezes so you can enjoy your morning coffee from either the comfort of the air conditioned great rooms or outdoor back decks. The home also features decks on the front side of the house overlooking the street and the private community pool.
Accommodations - Whole house sleeps up to 16 and parking is provided for 6-7 cars.

First floor ( opening July 2013)was designed as a family gathering area with a table to accommodate up to 14 people. It includes a food preparation area with direct access to the outdoor BBQ and seating area, as well as a big screen HDTV and seating area.
Outdoor area features private covered eating area with a grill so dad can grill the burgers and steaks he can be proud to serve. ( And brags about too!)
Home is a minutes' walk from the beach which is accessed from a private community beach walkway. We included an outdoor shower 'wash off' when you return back home from your day at the beach so that everyone can leave the sand outside and towel off.
You and your family and guests will have access to the newly updated private community pool and spa area a minutes' walk from the home.
Along with your rental, we can offer Golfing, Surfing Lessons, Kite Boarding, Boat Slip and on-site Massage packages to your rental offering, something for everyone.
On those days when dad and the kids are off on their deep sea fishing adventures, mom and the ladies can head off to Corpus Christi which is a mere 30 minute drive to enjoy a day of shopping while enjoying big city amenities.
Home is located in the very desirable neighborhood of Sand Point with it's close proximity to dining, shopping and outdoor activities.
The Beach Lodge Restaurant is located a minutes' walk from the house on those days that you feel like a drink on the beach or breakfast in the morning while leaving the car at home.
The world famous springtime 'SandFest' is an international sand sculpting competition. Held each year in April and located within walking distance at the end of our street allowing you to enjoy the festivities without having the hassle of finding a spot to park your car.
Sand Point Neighborhood Restrictions
1. There is a No Noise Policy after 10 PM for the enjoyment of all neighborhood guests.
2. The driveway accommodates parking for 6 -7 vehicles.
3. No parking is allowed on the street.
4. The neighborhood restrictions prohibit campers, motor homes, and any type of trailer being parked in the neighborhood at any time.
5. The pool is for owners, guests, and renters in residence only. Pool hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 16.
6. Sand Point is a private community with amenities and beach access restricted to residents and vacation home renters and guests only.
