Excellent Golf Trip in Lakeway!
A few weeks ago, my friends and I spent a long weekend at this property for a boys' golf outing and I can't say enough good things about our experience.
The property is located in the gated community of The Hills and is perfectly located for golf - the Flintrock Falls and The Hills courses (both excellent by the way) are literally five minutes or less from the house. Grocery stores and restaurants, as well as Emmaus Catholic Church which we attended on Sunday morning, are also only minutes away.
When we arrived at the security gate, identification/parking passes were waiting and ready to go. Getting into the house and getting settled was a breeze and the owner was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process (including the prompt return of the security deposit). The house was clean and well maintained. The beds and linens were all comfortable and relatively new. The kitchen was well appointed, which made it easy for us to cook or grill every night of our stay. The TV and sound system were great for when we wanted to get out of the sun and relax or play cards. The pool was outstanding...we lounged in the pool everyday after golf.
In short, we had an excellent time and I would without question recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Lakeway area (especially if you are on a golf trip)!
