SPECTACULAR 3 BR/3 BA CONDO WITH TONS OF AMENITIES

We chose this property because we have been traveling to Clear Lake, Iowa with family for years every Summer. We love the water and always rented jet skis or a boat to tour the beautiful lake. We seemed to always find our way to the Harbourage condominium units. These condos sit around a calm harbor that leads to the main lake. It is family friendly with so many amenities you are never without things to do. The perfect, small town square is minutes away and the calendar of events is plentiful! There is music in the park, art shows, a movie theatre, not to mention that Mason City is 25 minutes away. There are museums, parks, a mall and great restaurants there too. The 2 pools are perfect. If the weather is rainy, just go to the indoor pool and hot tub and maybe play some ping-pong. The people at the Harbourage are friendly and are there to have fun and relax.

We recently bought this condo and every time we go to Clear Lake, we love it more and more. We have lots of little things that we especially love about our unit. We seem to be out of the wind's way so eating outside every night is perfect. The pool and hot tub are steps away. We have caught up to 25 fish in one day off our dock at the harbor which is in front of our unit. We have great neighbors. Our unit is directly behind the park, our huge deck overlooks it. It is safe for kids, you can sit out on the deck and watch them play. There is a big green space area by the front deck and harbor so you can play horseshoes, etc. An ice cream truck usually comes by on the major holiday weekends. There is a nice bathroom at the outdoor pool (steps away) that has been added in the last few years. We have a trash container nearby, but not too close. We have the biggest parking area of any unit. We have beautiful blooming trees to look at. We are on the end so we have just one set of neighbors. There really are too many things to list!!
