The winding pathway will guide you to the raised porch or through lush flower gardens. Upon entering the home’s living room, you will find high ceilings, colorful walls, fireplace, intricate windows, and a player piano. Walk through the dining room into the great kitchen. You will find everything you could want for making nice meals, including a BBQ outside on the back patio. From the front of the home, you will see people walking by, enjoy the Cat’s Hill Criterium Bike Race, Halloween, and the Holiday Parade. Walking or rolling to great shops, bars, and restaurants is the best way to get around Almond Grove, our very special neighborhood. You will want to return to

Your "Lavender Lady" has been such a gift to us! From the moment we walked in, her spirit and colors have embraced us in warmth.

This was just the perfect place for a family gathering to celebrate our daughter's graduation from SJSU. It gave us and her a HOME atmosphere to celebrate this milestone in her life.
