Daniel was marvelous to work with. I've never stayed in an apartment (vs. a hotel) so I was a little nervous; but Daniel made it easy to do! This was the best place to stay for a visit to NYC. The location was perfect. Daniel had helpful hints & information available. He showed that he cared about or visit being pleasant. The apartment was large and very comfortable.

The apartment is really nice and clean. A lot of restaurants, bars, museums in the area. Just 4 block away Central Park.

"Perfect Base for Manhattan Experience"

My husband, myself and our 17 year old daughter have just enjoyed a week at Daniel's apartment. Daniel made the whole experience stress free with quick helpful communication. The apartment was beautifully presented and a perfect home base for all our sight seeing adventures. Daniel advised us of all the local amenities and the free wi-fi and tv were useful. The accomodation is compact but has everything you need including clothes washing and cooking facilities and is far more economical and homely than a hotel. We felt like real New Yorkers after mastering the subway! Thank you Daniel for making this part of our trip so easy and enjoyable!

I stayed there for a week on own > upper east side is absolutely gorgeous - loaded with restaurants, pubs and bars.
Dan is very spiritual and positive host with good values and attitude.
The apartment was extremely clean, located on first floor - there is a brand new washing machine(very useful in NYC), dish washer, microwave, stove and huge fridge.Just behind the kitchen separated by the wall is double very comfortable bed and next to it big Built-it wardrobe.Nice little bathrooms with very powerful shower... Compact size.
The most important is the energy of this place - very relaxing and peaceful.
At 86TH street (Lexington avenue) there is subway 4,5.6 going uptown and downtown
many shops, banks and restaurants - anything you need.

Wonderful stay! Wonderful location!

We spent a wonderful one-week stay in Daniel´s apartment. It´s comfortable, well equipped and its location is perfect.
Daniel is a very kind person. We really recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit NY. And, certainly, we will try to come back to this beatiful city and rent the same apartment. Thanks Daniel!
