HAWK’S CAY RESORT is described as America’s Caribbean Island in beautiful Duck Key, Florida Keys.

This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Conch Villa at the Village at Hawk’s Cay is located on Sunset Village Drive with a view and access to Tom Harbor Bay.

Amenities include a full kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room and 2 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs. You will enjoy spectacular sunsets from your downstairs deck or from the master bedroom deck. Fifty paces from your deck lies Tom’s Harbor Lagoon a secluded cove with calm waters. From your back yard, take off on your kayak, flats boat, Jet Ski or offshore fisherman and enjoy the turquoise waters of the Florida Keys. Everything from the world’s most spectacular protected reefs to internationally renowned fishing grounds are minutes away from your backyard.

Hawk’s Cay Resort attractions and services include a marina, boat dockage, jet ski rentals, sunset sailing, snorkeling/diving and fine dinning all within walking distance of the villa. For prices of these services or amenities, please contact the resort or vendor directly. We will provide a list of some vendors upon booking.

The Village of Hawk’s Cay is a cluster of individually owned villas built in 1998 that surround Hawk’s Cay Resort. Some of the villas participate in the Hawk’s Cay Resort Rental Management Program and stays are booked through the Resort at various higher prices than we are able to offer. How can we charge a lower nightly rate? Our villa does not participate in the Hawk’s Cay Resort Rental Management Program. Consequently, the use of the resort facilities such as the Indies Club, resort pools and tennis courts may be restricted by the Resort. All other facilities are places of public accommodations and by law the general public can not be excluded. There is a quiet pool at the end of the Sunset villas. Our guests are encouraged to visit and use all the facilities if allowed by the resort. Our guests can not charge services, events, food or drinks to the villa. You must pay with cash or credit at the time the service, food or beverage is purchased.

Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Applicable taxes of 12.5% will be charged for all bookings.

All reservations must be paid in full 30 days in advance of the scheduled stay.

Beds need replacing

The resort was great and very beautiful. Pool and dock area was gret.

The unit was not the greatest. Carpet was very dirty and the repair of repairs of the bath was very tacky. The worst weas the beds. Like sleeping on a board. sore back and stiff neck. Hard to get ANY SLEEP AT ALL we ended up sleeping on the couch and chairs for 3 nights. PLEASE REPLACE THE BEDS!!!!!!!

Awesome view, very clean, and money-saving

We had a great time and saved money. We anchored our kayak right off the back. The villa was in great condition and wonderfully clean. I highly recommend this rental if you love the villas but want to save some cash for fun things like um, eating!

I saved a bunch of money!

I was thrilled about all of the money that I saved by renting this villa! Everthing was better than advertised. The villa was awesome with a great view of Tom's Harbor. Vacationeers included Mom, Dad, & 3 teenage girls. The villa was awesome with a great view of Tom's Harbor.

We had full access to the Hawk's Cay Resort. We hung out at the main pool & the lagoon. The girls liked the activities at the Indies Club and they enjoyed exploring Duck Key. At night, we hung out at the fire pit at the main pool. It was also nice to get something cold from the ice cream shop at the dock.

We shopped for groceries in Marathon and ate in most of the time. We made a day trip to Key West - 1 hour away - and enjoyed the attractions at Mallory Square and on Duval St. Theater of the Sea in Islamorada is recommended. Also, I played a par-3 golf course at Key Colony. Everyone had a wonderful time and we can't wait to visit again!

*FYI- You cannot buy food/drink at the pool or the Beach Grill - the resort "charges" the rooms.

Great Condo - Excellent Location

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hawk's Cay Villa. The condo was clean and comfortable.
The quiet pool was actually a very large pool of varying shapes and depths that was warm and well maintained. The pool side furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed soaking up the sun. Located in the center of the Keys, Duck Kay offered some fantastic choices for restaurants and the views forom everywhere you went were terrific. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
