**WALK TO EVERYTHING!!** PETS WELCOME ! **Sunny home with hardwood floors throughout, and a newly renovated eat-in kitchen and first floor full bath. There are two decks with ample space for relaxing. The spacious 25x15 living room is great for get togethers,with a door out to one of the decks. Also a spacious dining room. All bedrooms have skylights and are located on the 2nd floor. Private hot water outdoor shower.Short walk to downtown Vineyard Haven ( Main Street) and the Ferry. The property abuts marshland and the town park which includes playing fields , a playground, volleyball. Owen Park Beach is a short walk away (0.3 of a mile!) with views there of the ferries coming and going. Plenty of parking and very close to the island bike path. Located right on the VTA route, our very accommodating Island-wide busline. Short walks to all amenities to make your vacation a driveless joy. Linens are provided.Wi-fi. Washer/ Dryer.
