Our beach home has 3 full bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. There are 3 full baths. We can sleep 12. We have the best views of the community with a wall of windows on the lake side!

The Sandcastle is a 3 story home. The ground floor is the garage and has a sitting area, full bath and refrigerator with freezer. The second story is great room, wrap around deck, kitchen, full bath and full bedroom, washer and dryer. The third story has a spacious loft, 2 full bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms, and a full bath.
Rentals include all linens, provided they are washed/dried upon check out, otherwise there is an additional charge for laundering service.
We also have beach chairs, beach toys, picnic tables, a fish cleaning sink/area (outside), 3 flat screen HDTV's with DirecTV, a gas grill, hammock, blow up toys, air compressor, stereo - and more!
Parking for 3 cars at the house, parking for 1 more car in community parking area.
Rental includes use of beach directly in front of the house.
Nearby boat launches to get out on the water. We have a mooring buoy in the water in front of the house. Just don't moor overnight or leave the house with boat moored (and keep an eye on the weather).
Amenities include a full kitchen with all appliances, dishes, cooking utensils...everything you need. Microwave, gas stove, oven, side by side fridge with ice dispenser. There is a commercial ice machine in the basement.
