Nahuel Huapi Lake offers swimming, sailing, kayaking and fly fishing. Villa la Angostura town center is only at 10 minutes by car and offers many restaurants and shops. The house sits on a large lot at the exclusive cumelen country club. Its beautiful garden is followed by the clean, shallow, transparent, blue water of nahuel huapi lake after the beach, with a spectacular view on the mountains and the surrounding forests. Cumelen is the most antique private country club in patagonia. It has an excellent golf court, tennis courts, and a private peer for all kind of embarkations and sailing ships.
The house has an 8 full bedroom, four of them in suite. The large living room and dining room offer a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The master bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. This bedroom also features a 32” lcd flat panel with dvd. This bedroom has a private living room, desk, fireplace, and a spacious walking closet.
The master bath features an extra big size shower, inside a big, comfortable garden tub.
