Very well-located in fun, nice, safe neighborhood. Comfortable with ready access to restaurants and Whole Foods plus the White House (1.5 mile walk south). Only concern was HVAC - old radiators kept it too warm, but working windows helped. Washer/dryer a nice bonus. Shower is small, but works well. Kitchen is nice. Owner responsive - lives upstairs.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

First floor 1 bedroom near Dupont Circle

My wife & I spent nearly a month in this apartment and found that it suited our needs perfectly. Bed & bedding were comfortable, the apartment was very clean, the neighborhood convenient, quiet & safe. The kitchen is brand new and easy to cook in. Having laundry machines in the basement was a real plus. The owner was helpful and provided extra stools when we needed them. We'd happily return to this apartment on our next visit to D.C.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
