A traditional cave house that is located on Santorini, in the community of Oia, and more specifically in the neighborhood of St.Spyridon. This house is amongst the top privileged ones, having a stunning view over the caldera, a breathtaking scenery that most of us have enjoyed only through postcards or advertising imagery. To add to that, it is located right on the side of the most photographed church, St. Spyridons’, the one with the 2 blue domes.

The house is 83sqm and features a huge porch of 43sqm.

It consists of three bedrooms, one of which is a fully autonomous master bedroom, a large vaulted living room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate 7 people, whether couples or families with children or even large groups of friends. It has three double beds and a single.

The residence is decorated with antiques.

Lastly, a dehumidifier is also provided, ensuring balance in moisture, an issue commonly present in cave house.
