3 Bedrooms 1 Bath. (Sleeps 3) Magnificent View. Rental Neighborhood.

This house is located 150 feet from the Narragansett Seawall, a great place for a walk or run. Just a short walk to the Coast Guard House, the house is located on a street of student rentals in Narragansett Pier. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and hot/cold outdoor shower. The kitchen is currently undergoing renovation and will be brand new for our summer rental this year (see photo). All bedrooms have high quality mattresses, one king and two queens. The house is very clean, well maintained.

This home has a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious screen porch that overlooks the Narragansett Seawall. The front porch is a delightful place that you’ll find you enjoy any time of the day.

This location is very convenient to everything including grocery stores, libraries, etc. Attention Surfers: There is great surfing on the Narragansett Town Beach just 1/3 of a mile down the street!!

The beds and furniture are so comfy it feels like home. The living room has a great leather sectional and all mattresses are very comfortable. The house has central air which provides great comfort during the beginning and end of your rental period. Speaking of summer, there is a great outdoor shower that's handy after a visit to the beach. The kitchen iscurrently under renovation and will be complete by Summer 2013.

What makes this cottage unique

The house is located in a rental neighborhood in Narragansett Pier. It is just 200 feet from the famous Narragansett Towers and Seawall, a great place to walk or run. Go surfing or for a swim at the Narragansett Town Beach, just 1/3 mile down the Seawall.
