Surrounded by fine restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, Mary Brickell Village (with extensive retail and dining), the area is extremely safe and pedestrian friendly. Adjacent to People Mover and Metrorail station, it is minutes from Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and South Beach, as well as the Miami International Airport and Interstate 95.

This location is great for me for business. We also use it for leisure and family trips.

What makes this condo unique

When in business, it is just great to move around the financial district without a vehicle. We love having Starbucks a block away. We also enjoy the fine dining at walking distance such as Sushi Siam, Perricon's, Morton's, Ocenaire, Porcao, etc.
