Centrally located in the heart of Ocean City, this practically new 3rd floor condo with elevator is close to downtown shopping and dining and just a short walk to Ocean City's famous boardwalk attractions and award winning beach. Relax and enjoy the large, beautifully furnished rooms and such amenities as hardwood floors, granite counter-tops and stainless appliances. This 3rd floor condo offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with double sinks). It features hardwood floors throughout the living areas and ceramic tile in the bathrooms.     All peak season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday; off season rentals starting September 15th are a minimum 2 day stay.

    If you are planning a large family reunion or vacation and would really like to stay all together, we can co-ordinate rental of the other two units in the same building, subject to availability. These units are identical in layout to the 3rd floor unit, but the 2nd floor unit has a front porch.

    PLEASE NOTE: Family Rentals Only. No Senior Week/Spring Break/Prom Week Rentals. We do not rent to groups of unrelated persons under 25 years of age.
