Well maintained Designer home in the Village of Belvedere. Near shops, restaurants, banks, etc. along Rt 466. Near library and charter High School for adult education classes. Near Laurel Manor Regional Center for access to fitness center and sports pool. Close to softball fields and polo grounds. Short drive to Savannah Center to use the internet center and attend shows at the performing arts theater. Home features front and back sheltered lanais. Nice patio with grill off back lanai. Masrer bedroom has king bed. One guest bedroom with a queen bed and one with two twin beds to welcome your drop in visitors. TV's in all bedrooms.

Listen to live music and dance every night at one of The Villages Town Squares. Sumter Landing is closest with Spanish Springs only a short distance farther. Brownwood, the newest square just opened. Katie Belle's and Church on the Square in Spanish Springs feature special musical entertainment nightly. Both centers have movie theaters, with a choice of 8 current films showing at each. Dine at one of the many restaurants in the town squares or at one of the 10+ country clubs throughout The Villages.
