Just finished remodeling this Lookout condo. It has a full kitchen with dish washer and disposal. Full bath with soaking tub. King bed plus queen sleeper sofa. Heated pool, tennis courts, children's play area, gas grills, beautiful peaceful grounds and parking for two vehicles. Perfectly situated between Perkins Cove and downtown. The Marginal Way is steps from your door as is Shore Rd. the location of many fine restaurants and shops. Sleeping area with king bed, full bath with tub, queen sleep-sofa in living area.

This unit has everything covered from appliances and linens, and from the patio and a perfect location. The unit is very comfortable, spacious and clean. There were 4 of us during the stay. It's totally renovated from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Walk to anywhere including the main beach, Marginal Way, Main Street or Perkins Cove, or don't go anywhere! Quiet neighborhood. Quiet beach area just down the street off the breath-taking Marginal way.

Owner communication and service was timely, complete and well organized. Arrangements were simple and smooth.

Can't go wrong with this place. Enjoy!!! We did!

Great Location, Very Accommodating

My family and stayed here recently and the condo is completely updated, very clean and the owner's had everything there we needed. We have a 13 month old and they even had child safety locks to put on the cabinets! We were very impressed. The location is great. Right down the street is the Marginal Way and centrally located to Perkins Cove, downtown Ogunquit, beach, etc. We would highly recommend this property to others especially families. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks again for the great hospitality!

Great condo stay!

We had a great time in Ogunquit. Our condo was clean with all the little details included in the room. Great kitchen space. Also very comfortable setting. The beach & ocean are very close as well.The owners were great hosts letting us know some of the area attractions.
