Located in the Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, this home is nestled in the equestrian cottages area. The cottage provides guests with all of the necessary amenities and privacy. The kitchen, which includes granite counter tops and stainless steel Viking appliances, overlooks the breakfast bar, family room, and dining area. There is an outdoor deck and porch to enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

This home is beautifully decorated and offers 3 bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper and 3 ½ baths. This home is great for a family and sleeps eight people comfortably. The main level includes the kitchen, family room with a fireplace, guest bath, and laundry room and master bedroom (king bed) with bath (shower and garden tub). The lower level contains two additional bedrooms (each with twin beds) and their own private full bath. There is also an entertainment area with a sofa sleeper which opens onto the lower level porch. The home has a 2 car garage.

This elegant cottage will allow guests to get a glimpse of the Vineyards lifestyle, while they are looking for their own property or are building the home of their dreams. .

Pets are family and they are welcome to make the trip with you provided they are house broken and well behaved.

The Blue Ridge Mountains provide spectacular views. The area is surrounded by 1000's of acres of protected land with six state parks nearby and located with access to two of the most pristine lakes in the Southeast, Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee. Golfers will enjoy the various public and private golfing options available around Lake Keowee.

Amenities

Hiking trails, Horseback Riding and Equestrian Center, Golf, Tennis, Club House and Fitness Center, Marina with Boat Slips or Boat rental available. Reservations are required for some amenities and must be coordinated through owner or Agent.

The Equestrian Center, Children’s playground, boats slips and Lakeside Restaurant are just a short walk from the property

this is more than a cottage - it is a goregous house with all the amenties and comforts you would expect in a primary residence - the golf courses affliated with this home are fantastic, and highly rated in the State of South Carolina - on many of the tee boxes, you can see to the horizon a distance of 50 miles from your perch in the blue ridge mountains, which are amazing - the home is less than 5 years old, and all the furnishings are new and very well coordinated - this hideaway was very reasonably priced for all it offers
