Villa Hibiscus is a new entry in the luxurious properties of Mykonos and offers the ideal location for relaxed holidays for families or groups of friends. Situated in the south-eastern part of the island it forms part of a small complex constructed in 2011 with high architectural standards. Perched on the slopes of the hill overlooking Kalafatis bay it enjoys stunning panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.
Cozy interiors and spacious outdoor areas surrounded by a large garden create a relaxed ambiance, while beautiful sandy beaches are only a few minutes drive away.
Constructed exclusively with Mykonian rock, villa Hibiscus is perfectly integrated in the landscape and provides a combination of traditional architecture (50cm-thick stonewalls, wooden pergolas, stone-built sofas) with modern amenities and elegant decoration.
Villa Hibiscus can accommodate 7 guests in four well appointed bedrooms.The setting is complemented by the large garden surrounding the property, featuring Mediterranean plants and herbs, as well as big olive trees.
The villa is built in three levels. In the ground level there is a spacious sitting area with fireplace, dining area for seven guests, as well as an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances. The sitting area directly accesses the veranda and garden.
The upper level features two bedrooms: one master bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have spectacular sea views.The lower level features one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and independent entrance, and one single bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer front sea views.
Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and in the living room. The upper level bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The sitting area, elegantly decorated with wooden furniture pieces and handpicked decorative objects, opens up to a large pergola-shaded dining area with stone-built table for seven guests where you can dine al fresco enjoying the sea views.

The well-known Kalafatis beach, one of the first organized beaches of Mykonos, is a family beach that has become famous among wind surfers. It offers a variety of restaurants, facilities and water sports from snorkeling to scuba diving. Kalo Livadi, a large beach with white sands and crystal clear waters, is highly recommended for families.
The more secluded and equally beautiful Lia and Agia Anna beaches offer an alternative for those wishing to avoid the crowds.

The traditional village of Ano Mera is only five minutes drive away. The village offers market, shops and a variety of restaurants. The monastery of 'Panagia Tourliani' at the edge of the village is also worth visiting.
