THE BEST OF SAN FRANCISCO - NORTH BEACH CONDO.

I don't know where to start. Everything exceeded our expectation ---welcoming vase of flowers, very helpful landlords, great restaurants/shops nearby (Luigi Bakery and Mama's within 100yards!), kitchen fully equipped, clean and spacious flat with a nice european tasted interiors. We were 5 adults and three children (including 2 babies), and we all stayed very comfortable. Two playgrounds nearby were a big bonus for our kids. It was also nice that it is located in a fairy flat area. We stayed in Nob Hill for the first week of our stay in SF surrounded by very steep slopes, and it was quite tough to go anywhere!
Without a question, it's a great location for dining out and our favorite was Michelangelo cafe---cioppino (bouillabase Italian style) is a must. Walking down to Fisherman's wharf or Union Square was enjoyable when the weather is nice. Muni Bus 30, 45, 8, 39 runs nearby which gives you an easy access to most of SF!( Chinatown, Downtown, SOMA, FIsherman's Wharf, etc).
I will definitely come back to this condo and will strongly recommend to anyone.

This is absolutely the best of San Francisco. The location is right in the middle of the North Beach district...AKA Little Italy. It is on very safe and quiet street. But don't let that fool you. Walk 2 blocks in any direction and you are in the heart of the action as well as access to the great public transportation or grab a cab. Great eateries are abundant within steps of the door and Cynthia made great recommendations. Speaking of food, we went on a Foodie Adventures tour of the Mission district with Chris Milano that we had heard about and had a terrific time. The food was amazing and the public mural art was beautiful.
Now for the best part. The town home was wonderful. It was like we were opening presents on Christmas morning. From the time we first walked into the beautiful private entry courtyard, each step led us to a new surprise as we entered your home. Everything about it screamed "Welcome", from the bottle of wine on the kitchen counter to the fresh flowers on the table. The home was clean and stylishly appointed with thoughtful and well cared for furnishings without being "fussy". The beds were very comfortable and having two of the bedrooms on the lower level gave a nice separation to the upstairs bedroom on the main living floor. The bathrooms were gorgeous, with large tiled showers and tubs with upscale double shower heads...very spaaaah.
Lastly, I can't speak highly enough of Cynthia. She was great at being available by phone to answer our many questions of things to do, and she stopped by to make sure everything was going well for us. Her flexibility was so helpful when all five of us had different flight times coming and going. Thanks Cynthia. I can't wait to come back.

Glad to say that I could not find anything bad to say about this place. We have stayed at several different cities and have used vrbo each time, (new york, santa fe, SF). This one was as discribed and owner was very responsive & helpful. It really was a great location, I walked to the park each morning had coffee and watched the city come to life. Condo was fully equipped, extra clean. Alittle constuction out in front , they are adding on, but never heard anything, and it should be done soon. All in All a great vacation.
