Looking for a home that offers the quality and luxury that provides the ultimate getaway? You have found it, and at a reasonable price!

This spectacular lakefront home features some of the best beach sand on this coast!

Enjoy a beach bonfire, drinks on the patio in the shade of a mature maple, or play basketball on the concrete drive out back.

When your outdoor activities are done, come inside for an easy meal prepared in the efficient kitchen then eaten at the dining table with a full view of the water, freighters, and lake activity. Top the day off by watching the sky change as the sun goes down behind you.

The house offers sleeping for up to 10 people comfortably situated in 5 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twin), all but one separated from the rest of the house, upstairs.

The kitchen and bathrooms are state-of-the-art and feature the latest fixtures. The shower in the master bath is built for 2 and both baths are decorated with granite countertops and ceramic tile.

Having visitors? There is parking for a motor home or RV, up to 40 feet long, at the top of the hill for added guests and available as part of your weekly or 3-day weekend.

Pets are loved but not allowed in this home, keeping it as allergen-free as possible.

If you have jet skis we have a hoist that holds two (you wont have to run to the marina every day).

Why Frank chose Port Sanilac

This is one of the few homes that does not sit on a bluff and has a sandy shore beach. This house is not a musty smelling nasty cottage that has not been cared for - rather it is very well cared for and will continue to be. No smoking is allowed in or near the house. No pets. Ideally we want the same people to come back every year.

We stayed for a full week and loved it!!! The house was spotless, the master bedroom was huge with great views of the lake. The kids loved the hot tub, we were a little worried if it would be clean, however it looks bran new. the beach was very nice - we only saw one person our entire stay. We plan to come back every year!!!! Thank you!

Beautiful and cozy!

We stayed here with our young children (6 and 9) and had some friends join us partway through the week. The kids had a blast playing on the beach, watching movies, kayaking and having campfires. This house has one of the rare sandy beaches for this area. The only thing I wish we had known before we went is that although the beach is sandy, the bottom of the lake is not. Had we known this we would have bought some water shoes for the kids, which we weren't able to find locally. We discovered the swimming beach in nearby Lexington though, which was nice and sandy. And, the kids were still endlessly entertained with the water, shoreline and kayaks (which I loved as well!). Besides the nearby beach in Lexington there is also a drive-in theater, putt putt golf, a lovely winery with alpacas for the kids to feed--all within 20 minutes. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable and left us wanting nothing... except another week! Great location, great house. We will definitely return!!!
