Duplex - 3 Bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 Baths. Sleeps 6

Oceanside duplex in the Haven Beach area of Beach Haven with everything you need for a great family vacation!!! We are just 8 houses from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Located on a quiet street in Haven Beach just 1 block (see map) off the ocean, our home sleeps 6 and features 3 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bath; air conditioning; open floor plan; large kitchen; great family room and dining room; large outdoor shower with dressing area. Very clean and freshly painted inside and out! Great for kids. Plenty of parking. No pets and no smoking. Check in time is 2 PM and check out is 10 AM. Beach badges are included as a courtesy to our guests.

Beach Haven Highlights: Beach Haven is home to multiple attractions, including the only amusement park on the island: Fantasy Island, off-Broadway quality live musical theatre: Surflight Theatre, cabaret-style sing-for-your dessert entertainment: Showplace Ice Cream, Bay Village Shopping Center, Long Beach Island Museum and many distinctive shops and restaurants, including Tucker's Restaurant, noted in Philadelphia Magazine as the number one restaurant on Long Beach Island. There is also a water park, Thundering Surf, and numerous miniature golf facilities. Clean, Inviting, and GREAT Location!

This home is so charming! It is in a fantastic location, an easy walk to the beach and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The place was very clean and has a great "beachy" layout. The Owners were great people: professional to deal with and they made sure we felt welcomed. We look forward to renting again!

Labor Day Weekend in LBI

This year our family decided to take a few days over the Labor Day weekend and visit LBI. For some of us, it was our first trip. Our family consisted of 2 boys (17 & 11) and our daughter (15). We needed to find a three bedroom home, that would comfortably accommodate all of us, was nice and clean, and most importantly close to the beach. We were lucky enough to find a piece of heaven at this home!! The house was welcoming (including tasty homemade cookies and Jersey shore taffy that our oldest son inhaled), clean, spacious, and very close to the beach! We couldn't ask for anything more. We rented the 2nd floor which had a wonderful deck which allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze at night and take in the stars and night sky. The owners were also there during our stay, and were a lovely family, and offered helpful information on the surrounding area. One of the other spectacular things about the home aside from its proximity to the beach, is how close it is to the downtown area of Beach Haven. Finally, the home owners showed us how caring they were, when they graciously hunted down our daughters retainer that we had inadvertently left at the beach. Hope to return next summer!! Thank you for allowing us to rent your peace of heaven at LBI!!

A Great Week At The Shore

I haven't been to LBI in over 20 years so this summer my wife and I decided to take the kids down for a week of fun in the sun. We came across Kerry's house and it seemed like it would be a good fit for us. From the moment we started communicating with Kerry about our trip she was courteous and responsive. We made our plans and prepared for our trip. When we arrived the house was spotless and even nicer than it appears in the photos. It's in a great location with a short walk to the beach and a couple of nearby restaurants (try the Blue Water Grill!). Our downstairs neighbors were also wonderful and completely understanding when our kids (3.5 and 1.5 years old) were up at 6AM our first morning (they slept until 9AM the rest of the week - thank goodness for the sun and beach!).

And, Kerry's professionalism didn't end when we checked out. It turns out we left a couple items behind and Kerry made sure they were located and returned to us.

Overall, I couldn't recommend Kerry and her home in Beach Haven any more. A really super trip.
