This Town house is ideally located in the heart of magnificent colonial Cartagena, which is a very safe area enclosed by a City wall. The Townhouse itself is well appointed and decorated,Travertine Marble floors throughout, complete with white linens and all kitchen utensils.

Ideal for two couples.2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with double beds or queen size beds, and a day bed for an extra person. Sleeps 5 people. The townhouse has a rooftop sunning and lounging area. The daily visit of a cleaning lady is not included. She can be hired to cook breakfast and lunch and cleaning for $20 dollars a day. Wifi, TV Cable, and Local calls are included. i Pod stereo available

Air conditioning in every room, as well as fans for ventilation

The house is located in the neighborhood of San Diego, a residential neighborhood in the Old Town of Cartagena. Conveniently located 10 mins from the Rafael Nunez International Airport. The property was subdivided from an old house and converted into 5 units. It is within walking distance to all Plazas, Restaurants, Bars, Great Colonial Hotels,Fortifications and Museums. Horse carriages can be taken outside the door and tour the city after 6 pm. House is located in the immediate surrounding of Plaza San Diego, Las Bovedas Craft Market, Hotel Santa Clara and the city wall.

Enjoy great sunsets on the ocean sitting in the romantic city wall or lounging at Cafe Del Mar.

Nearby hotels can arrange a boating visit to the bay's fortifications, The Rosario islands, and the Aquarium.
