Newly built watervilla in the central harbour of Copenhagen. 5 minutes by car from 'Rådhuspladsen', the main square with the city hall. Total living area is 190 m2. Plus 100 m2 roof terrace and 30 m2 covered terraces. 3-4 double bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and toilets. Flatscreen. Big kitchen with American fridge and all amenities. 70 m2 lounge area. Scandinavian design. In Summertime you can go swimming and kayaking directly from the house. Open the terrace doors and take a dive into the clean, pure and refreshing waters of Copenhagen.

The watervilla is located close to City Center. 5 minutes drive to restaurants, bars, 'Tivoli' and main tourist attractions. In a quiet neighborhood however (former industrial area resembling 'the docks' in London). On the very waterfront, with other houseboat as nearest neighbor.
