3 bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living area, sleeps 7 comfortably

Newly remodeled home on the waterfront which has 70 feet of grass covered yard leading to the water. This area is great for a game of volleyball or bags. A spacious dock is available to fish off or sunbathe on. The lake water goes from zero depth to 41/2 feet off the shoreline with a sandbar that keeps watercraft far enough out to make swimming and water games easier. Inside the kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area that looks out over the lake. Beyond this peaceful setting there is Indiana Beach and Water Park 2 miles away, Go-Carting and Miniature Golf within 2 miles and 2 movie theaters (drive-in and indoor) in town.

This is an awesome cottage, very clean, updated, and owner was very accomodating and responsive. Kids had a great time at the lake, rented a boat on shafer, and went to the Boardwalk. Great place for a family and friends to relax, laugh, and enjoy! We had great weather. All accomodations are there and ready for you leaving you less to drag with for a vacation with kids. Awesome, Awesome!
