Private salt water beach with water trampoline and childs floating raft. Great for kayaking, sailing & fishing. Boat and kayack access to Nantucket Sound. (Note: water trampoline not always available). Trampoline property of association not ours.

Home has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with full beds and third bedroom with twins.

Cathedral ceiling in living room with flat screen tv, wifi and gas fireplace insert.

Enclosed outside shower. (Must experience the joys of showering outdoors and looking up at sky & trees).

OWNERS LIVE ACROSS THE STREET FROM COTTAGE

Dennis offers some of the best beaches on Cape Cod, world famous Mayflower Beach (low tide you can walk forever). Great little pubs, ice cream, and shopping within two miles of cottage.

Gary & Mary are the owners. We love this neighborhood and live across the street. We have lived in our current home for 15 years and over 25 years in South Dennis.

From start to finish we enjoyed every moment at this home. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the owners and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was spotless and very well equipped. They had lots of info in the home with places to visit, eat etc. We also found some neat places to eat ourselves - the lobster hut, marathon and on the water skippy's pier 1. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved being able to sit out in the morning with coffee and at night for dinner or a glass of wine. There was a gas grill so we could cook out as we wanted. We would recommend this to all - wish we were there as I write this.

Immaculate

This cottage is adorable and immaculate! I have never seen a cleaner rental. This cottage was perfect for myself and my sons who are 11and 13. There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood for the boys to play with. Follins Bay is right across the street and had a platform to jump and fish off of, a swingset on the beach, as well as a large water trampoline they loved! My younger son spent hours wading in the water fishing for creatures. The cottage is centrally located and is a short drive to area attractions, restaurants, and beaches. It's not a big place but the lot is big, there are two decks to sit out on to admire the water view and having the water and kid-friendly beach across the street was priceless!

My sister and I came to cape cod for the weekend and really enjoyed staying here!! The views were beautiful and loved going down to the swings on the water! It was very clean and the owners were great...loved trying my first experience taking an outdoor shower!! It was a short drive to the national seashore and other destinations...good base for visiting the cape!! We had so much fun and will definitely be visiting again!!
