2 Bedrooms -1 Full 2 Twins 1 Queen Futon, 1.5 Bathroom , Sleeps 6

This recently renovated cottage is clean and immaculate. The kitchen is all new with a working island with bar seating. The bathrooms have new sinks, toilets and shower. The new flooring is mahogany laminate throughtout. Outside we have full deck on front and side so you can view our splendid Lake Champlain and mountains that brings peace of mind. There's 200 ft. of lakefront to explore. There's a large lawn for family fun. There are two steps for full access to cottage. Bedroom #2 (twins) is wheelchair accessable as well as the full bathroom. Have your coffee in the morning observing the geese and loons. Swim off the dock or try and catch that fish. It's a sandy beach here so just plant your chair and enjoy. This is a wonderful vacation destination so give us a try.

This cottage is within driving distance of beautiful Stowe, on the way, stop at the Ben and Jerry Factory for a sample of ice cream and then buy some Cider donuts at Cold Hollow Apple Cider Mill . Spend a day taking in Shelbourne Farms and Museum, or drive to the Teddy Bear Factory and bring home a new friend. There's hiking trails and the beautiful lake for boating. Take the ferry over to NY state drive thru the scenic Adirondack mountains looking for Indian arrowheads or make a trip to Lake Placid and view the Olympic winter ski jump. We have great fishing , swimming and boating in our Keelers Bay, Please join us for a great vacation

Notes

  • $1350/week
  • Rentals are one week stay minimum in weekly increments . Rentals start on Saturday at 2:00 PM and ends following Saturday at 10:00 AM. No exceptions . (No daily , weekends or partial weeks)
  • A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of one week's rental rate is due upon reservation/signed contract. Security/damage deposit of $300.00 and balance of rental fee plus 9% rooms & meals tax is due 2 weeks prior to rental. .Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks with no damage.

My apologies for not leaving a review sooner! Your cottage is wonderful and clean. One of my favorite things I did was to take a nap outside on the deck! So peaceful! Cottage is centrally located for a trip to Canada, also!. My husband, Gracie and I enjoyed our week in your cottage. Thank you again for a very relaxing week!
