This is an oversized one-bedroom home in historic Cottage Farm area in Brookline. Sun-filled unit on the second floor in an all-residential, brick building, tree-lined street, surrounded with parks. Wood floors, french doors, eat-in kitchen, generous living room and parlor/dining room. Laundry on site. Two blocks to MBTA subway stations, Trader Joes, ZIPCAR, restaurants, shops, independent theatre and bookstores, fitness centers. Easy access to major universities and Longwood Medical area.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Brookline apartment. The residence was quiet and comfortable - even in the hot weather. The apartment was decorated with artwork produced by the owner, who also provided some useful brochures and maps for the Boston area.
This apartment is very convenient to both the T and to restaurants and shops in Brookline. We enjoy walking, and walked from the apartment to many different areas of Boston during our stay.
The owner, Minna, took time to meet us She is a delightful lady --she even took us out for coffee one morning.
Our son and daughter-in-law live in Jamaica Plain. We will try to reserve this apartment whenever we visit.
