It's amazing what can be done to restore the beaches! Must see to believe! Yards and yards of new sand; never worry about the tide; plenty of beach for everyone..it will be really secluded now!

So..while Evie is Knee Deep in debt, you can be 'Knee Deep' in the water and sand of your choice. Spectacular inlet, marsh and ocean for viewing or fishing; ;large living space for family gatheringsl Easy stroll to the Inlet for fishing or walk out the front door to the beach for sunning and/or fishing.

4 wheel drive allowed on inlet; public boat ramp at bridge.

Plenty of space for family and friends; large living area for your group activities; room to grill in the yard with charcoal grill provided.

Large living area with 2 couches (1 SS), double futon with twin bed on top, 2 chairs and desk

Large floor space can accomodate air mattress for additional sleeping

50' Plasma TV with cable

High speed wireless internet and unlimited long distance calling in the US.

2 bedrooms upstairs with jack and jill bath in between. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to a very private deck.

Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water.

Kitchen has table for 4 plus 4 bar stools

Outdoor table and chairs (6) for dining on deck off kichen (fabulous views)

Beach chairs/umbrella are available for use.

Linens and towels negotiable upon request.

This is our home; please treat is as such. This home is located on a very quiet family oriented street; so if you are looking for a party, this is not the place.
